= The Doors =
== Biographie ==
The Doors est un groupe de rock américain formé en 1965 à Los Angeles par Jim Morrison, Ray Manzarek, Robby Krieger et John Densmore. Le groupe est rapidement devenu une icône du rock psychédélique grâce à des chansons comme *Light My Fire*, *Riders on the Storm* et *Break On Through (To the Other Side)*.

Le style unique du groupe combinait des éléments de blues, de rock psychédélique et de jazz, souvent accentué par les paroles poétiques de Jim Morrison. L'imagerie lyrique sombre et les performances scéniques de Morrison ont fait des Doors l'un des groupes les plus captivants de leur époque.

La mort tragique de Jim Morrison en 1971 à l'âge de 27 ans a marqué la fin d'une époque pour le groupe. Bien que les membres restants aient tenté de continuer, The Doors ont officiellement cessé leurs activités en 1973.

== Héritage ==
The Doors restent une influence majeure dans l'histoire du rock. Leur musique a traversé les générations et continue d'inspirer des artistes à travers le monde. En 1993, le groupe a été intronisé au Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Les œuvres de Jim Morrison, à la fois musicales et poétiques, sont étudiées et admirées pour leur profondeur et leur originalité.
